Year-to-date, the average single-family home in the Town of Crested Butte has sold for nearly $2.7 million, while Mt. Crested Butte homes are averaging just over $2.9 million. Rural Crested Butte properties continue to command premium prices, averaging more than $3.6 million, reflecting the continued demand for legacy ranches and mountain estates. Condominiums remain an important segment of the market, with 32 sales to date reaching a new high average price of $850,000, while land inventory has expanded, creating additional opportunities for those looking to build their dream mountain home.
